SERDANG, February 2024 – The Graduate Entrepreneurship and Marketability Development Center (CEM) at UPM, in collaboration with the Graduate Club of the Institute of Nanoscience and Nanotechnology (ION2), successfully hosted the "Borak Tepi: Entrepreneurship and Career" event on 27th February 2024. The event, chaired by Ms. Rathi Devi Nair Gunasegavan, provided a platform for engaging discussions with the invited speaker, Associate Prof. Dr. Mass Hareeza Ali, the Director of CEM.
The session, conducted online for nearly two hours, offered attendees valuable insights into career paths in the field of entrepreneurship. The "Borak Tepi" session focused on highlighting various opportunities and avenues within the business sector. Dr. Mass Hareeza shared inspiring success stories of graduates who have achieved remarkable success in their business ventures. The discussion included entrepreneurial tips and guidance, offering participants fresh perspectives on career choices and fostering a collaborative environment between CEM and aspiring entrepreneurs.
The organizers aim to use such initiatives to ignite interest in entrepreneurship as a career option, particularly among students. They encourage exploring full-time or part-time business ventures, in line with advancements in Artificial Intelligence Technology (AI). Embracing AI technology can greatly enhance business operations, presenting new opportunities for growth and innovation in the entrepreneurial landscape.
The organizers believe that by fostering a deeper understanding of entrepreneurship and integrating AI advancements, they can inspire the next generation of innovators and business leaders.
