REGISTRATION GUIDELINE

All participants (presenters and attendees) are required to complete registration via the official registration form:

After submission:

Presenters will receive a Notification of Acceptance and Payment Instructions by email once the abstract has been reviewed.
Attendees will receive a Registration Confirmation and Payment Instructions by email after successful registration.

Registration is only considered complete upon successful payment.

Full Registration

Full registration rate further includes room accommodation (single occupancy / twin sharing ) inclusive of breakfast for 2 nights. Register by 15 July 2026 to lock in your 2-night stay and ensure smooth processing of your accommodation requirements.
