Call For Papers

The organizing committee for the 8^th International Symposium on Advanced Materials and Nanotechnology (iSAMN 2024) invites researchers from academia and industries to exchange knowledge, share research findings, and discuss the latest advancements in the field of advanced materials and nanotechnology. The symposium will be held on October 8–9, 2024, in Bangi, Malaysia.  The theme of the symposium is “Nanotechnology Pathway to Net-Zero Emissions by 2050”.

The theme for the symposium covers a broad research area of advanced materials, nanoscience, and nanotechnology-related works. The topics for the symposium thus include, but are not limited to:

• Energy storage
• Hydrogen technology
• Renewable energy
• Carbon capture and storage
• Nano-enhanced photovoltaics
• Energy-efficient buildings
• Environmental monitoring and remediation
• Green processes, materials and products
• Nanomaterials synthesis and processing
• Nanocatalyst Applications
• Metal organic frameworks
• Sustainable agriculture and food
• Nanosensors and nanoelectronics
• Biomedical applications
• Other related topics of interest related to nanoscience, nanotechnology and advanced materials

Full Paper Format

All full papers submitted to iSAMN2024 must be written in English and formatted following the standard TEMPLATE using a 2-column format (A4 size). The minimum number of pages is four (4). You can download the template here.

All papers must be submitted electronically through the EDAS Conference Paper Submission EDAS Login. Please use Firefox or Chrome for that purpose.

NOTE:

Accepted AND presented papers will be published in the conference e-proceeding with an eISSN.

Selected papers will be published in the International Journal of Nanotechnology (IJNT) by Inderscience Publishers (Impact Factor = 0.5).

Oral presentation

The oral presentation will be limited to 15 minutes in total (including a 5-minute Q&A session). Presentations must be performed using Power Point.
