SERDANG, April 2023 - The Institute of Nanoscience and Nanotechnology (ION2) recently held two programs to invigorate the month of Ramadan 1444H, organized by the ION2 Welfare and Social Club (KKS).

On 10 Ramadan 1444, corresponding to April 1, 2023, the iftar ceremony and tarawih prayer was held at the ION2 Seminar Hall. The event was attended by 80 people, comprising 15 families.

This annual activity aimed not only to energize the month of Ramadan but also to strengthen friendships, foster better connections among members of the ION2 family, and evoke the nostalgia of breaking the fast with an extended family. The event was made possible by the contributions of all ION2 and KKS staff.

In addition to the iftar ceremony, KKS also organized a Ramadan talk program on April 3, 2023, at ION2, inviting Ustaz Johari Abdul Wahab as the guest speaker. The lecture was titled "Tips for the Blessings of the Month of Ramadan." Among the tips shared was a practice for reaping the rewards of worshipping all night. May this Ramadan be more meaningful for all of us.
