SERDANG, March 4 - The Institute of Nanoscience and Nanotechnology (ION2) organized a Ramadan Tazkirah Program titled “The Opening of the Gates of Paradise” at the ION2 Seminar Hall, beginning at 10:00 a.m. The program was held in conjunction with the arrival of the blessed month of Ramadan and served as one of the institute’s initiatives to provide spiritual enrichment while raising awareness on the importance of increasing acts of worship among members of the institute.

The tazkirah was delivered by Ustaz Johari, who shared insights on the virtues of Ramadan as a month filled with mercy and forgiveness, as well as an opportunity to strengthen one’s devotion to Allah SWT. In his talk, he highlighted the importance of making the most of Ramadan by increasing acts of worship, cultivating patience, and developing good character in daily life.

He also emphasized that Ramadan is the best opportunity for Muslims to perform more acts of worship such as fasting, giving charity, reading the Quran, and engaging in various charitable deeds. The attendees were also reminded to use this blessed month as a time to improve themselves, strengthen their faith, and foster stronger relationships with others.

The program received an encouraging response from ION2 members who attended to gain knowledge and appreciate the beauty and significance of Ramadan. The relaxed yet meaningful atmosphere of the session allowed participants to better reflect on the messages shared.

It is hoped that similar programs will continue to be organized in the future as a platform to strengthen spiritual values while fostering a sense of togetherness among members of the institute. The program was organized by the ION2 Welfare and Social Club.
