Author Guidelines

1. Manuscript Preparation

All manuscripts must be written in English and formatted according to the official proceeding of iSAMN manuscript template using a two-column A4 format. The minimum length of the manuscript is four (4) pages.

2. Manuscript Structure
   
    Title
  • The title should be brief, descriptive, and accurately reflect the content of the article.

  • Use Times New Roman, font size 14, bold, centered.

    Abstract
  • Provide a concise and factual summary (max 200 words, single paragraph).

  • The abstract should include the purpose, key results, and main conclusions of the study.

  • Avoid references and non-standard abbreviations; if necessary, define them at first mention.

  • Font: Times New Roman, size 12.

    Keywords
  • Include 1 to 5 keywords for indexing purposes.

  • Avoid general or plural terms and multiple concepts (e.g., “and”, “of”).

  • Use abbreviations only if well established in the field.

    Introduction
  • Present sufficient background, significance, and novelty of the research.

  • Avoid detailed literature reviews or summarizing results in this section.

    Materials
  • Provide details of materials and their sources to ensure reproducibility.

    Experimental
  • Describe methods and equipment used.

  • If methods have been previously published, cite them and describe only relevant modifications.

    Results and Discussion
  • Present results clearly and concisely.

  • Discuss the significance and implications of the findings.

  • Avoid excessive citation of prior literature.

  • Organize the article into numbered sections. Headings and subheadings should appear on separate lines.
   
    Conclusion
  • Summarize the main outcomes of the study in a concise manner.

    Acknowledgements
  • Acknowledge any funding, institutional support, or individual contributions.

  • Place acknowledgements in a separate section after the conclusion and before the references.

  • Do not include acknowledgements in the title page, footnotes, or as numbered sections.

     References
  • Ensure that all cited works are included in the reference list and vice versa.

  • Avoid citing unpublished data or personal communications in the reference list.

  • If cited, label them in-text (e.g., “Unpublished results” or “Personal communication”).

  • Items “in press” must be formally accepted for publication.

  • Use the journal's standard reference style (Refer to the template).

     Figures and Tables
  • Place figures and tables at the top or bottom of the page (not in the middle).

  • Captions for figures should appear below the figures; table titles should appear above the tables.

  • Ensure all figures/tables are referenced in the text before placement.

  • Use abbreviations like “Fig. 1” even at the beginning of a sentence.

3. Submission Process
   
    Paper Submission
  • Submit your paper electronically via the EDAS Conference and Journal Management System.

  • Registration with EDAS is required. Register via: [EDAS Login].

    Paper Revision
  • Authors must address all reviewer comments in their revised manuscript.

  • A Response to Reviewers document must be submitted, clearly indicating how each comment has been addressed.
    The response should:

    - List each reviewer comment,

    - Provide a point-by-point reply,

    - Refer to the corresponding changes made in the manuscript (include section/page numbers if applicable).
  • Revised manuscripts and response documents must be submitted electronically via the EDAS Conference and Journal Management System.

  • Failure to respond to all comments or to submit within the specified deadline may result in rejection or exclusion from the proceedings.
 
     Acceptance and Copyright
  • Upon acceptance, authors must sign and submit a Transfer of Copyright Agreement Form [HERE] electronically to the Editor along with the final version of the manuscript.

  • This grants iSAMN the necessary rights to publish and disseminate the work.

  • All accepted papers will be published under the Creative Commons license: CC BY-NC-ND, which allows for redistribution with attribution but does not permit commercial use or derivative works.
