Public Sector Conducive Ecosystem (EKSA)
The Public Sector Conducive Ecosystem (EKSA), introduced in January 2014, is a rebranding of the Public Sector 5S Practice. It is one of the initiatives aimed at improving the quality of government service delivery. This rebranding initiative is in line with current changes and requirements, emphasizing performance improvement and organizational competitiveness while fostering a culture of creativity and innovation among departments and agencies in the public sector.
The main component in the implementation of EKSA is based on the 5S Practice (sort, set in order, shine, standardize, and sustain) and has been enhanced with the addition of several new elements, namely:
Corporate Image
Creativity and Innovation
Green Practices
Conducive Environment
Agency Diversity
EKSA COMMITMENT STATEMENT
"We, the employees of ION2-UPM, are committed to practicing a high-performance organizational culture through the provision of a conducive working environment as well as an innovative and creative work culture based on sustainable green practices."
