Room Temperature 4-Point Probe

This equipment is used to measure the conductivity, resistivity, and sheet resistance of a solid sample (bulk or film type). The measuring range is from 0.01 to 10M ohm. The measurement method is using 4 terminal 4 pin, with internal calibration and probe checker available. There are several types of probes available for different sample sizes as below:

1. ASP Probe: linear probe, electrode distance 5mm
2. PSP Probe: linear probe, electrode distance 1.5mm
3. QPP Probe: square probe, electrode distance 1.5mm

 

Fee range: RM50 - RM150 per sample.
