Sigma 360 Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscope (FESEM)

Sigma 360 features a Gemini optical design that comprises an electrostatic and magnetic objective lens, beam booster technology, and an InLens SE detector. The Gemini optical design enables the Sigma 360 to provide high flexibility, allowing both high-resolution imaging and the capability to analyse a wide range of sample materials, including insulating, magnetic, and magnetisable materials, without the need for coating in high vacuum mode.

The system offers a resolution of 0.7 nm at 15 kV. This equipment operates in high vacuum mode to inspect both conducting and insulating samples, achieving magnifications of over 300,000×.
